So, we're about to hit the weekend, and it's time to pay a visit to the R.I.R. sim, for the Thursday Thrashing!
But I came back to my office with not so very good news for you. No matter how much we love to smash cars, it seems to become not as popular as the regular racing. So, right after that race, Demo Derby track has disappeared.
Forever or not? Time will show.
For now, it was the last derby for R.I.R., with only 4 participants, what, however, didn't make it less fun. Like a week ago, Badguy and Eagle turned out to be more agressive than other two participants - ZZ and Killlian had to be very agile not to be hit too much. Of course, the result depends not only on how much you've been hit by other cars, but how much you've hit yourself against the walls and trampolines as well. And well, Eagle can be called the most careful driver of this race.

After that, Badguy has removed the demo derby track in no time. Sadly, we have to sacrifice things we love sometimes, and not a lot of people showed up even for the last race. I just hope someday there will be a room for it again.
Now there's a seashore right next to the offroad track. Quite romantic!

I've found out I'm having a problem with my avatar (something was wrong wth the textures, ZZ pointed on it, thank you very much ZZ, really appreciate it), and while I was solving it, racers were practicing for the next race, on the offroad track.
Due to the new participants of the race - yes, Badguy allowed people to use the demo cars for racing - the whole qualifying, well, the race as well was totally mixed up. Besides, a week ago Badguy and Eagle promised everyone to start a lap down, because they have won the last 4 races. Well, why not indeed...
The only person that got an advantage on it was Saphyre (she took the leadership in the very start and never lost it), because Eagle and Badguy caught up with others just in few laps decreasing the gap between them and her to the bitter end of the race regardless: they took 3rd and 4th positions on the 4th lap and improved it on the 9th.
At the start, along with Saphyre, ZZ and Killian was showing some good result, but later on, Killian got cut off by shishi and dropped down to the last position; ZZ simply couldn't compete with Eagle and Badguy.
It's not about the grid position indeed!

In fact, Christo and shishi got confused at qualifying session - Christo made only 1 lap, the warm-up one, and delayed right at the gate, and shishi was set to 2 qualifying laps instead of 1 and delayed at the gate too, plus the gate didn't count Badguy and Eagle because they did not qualify.
