SIMBAZ MOTORS - NEW LOCATION
Not a long time ago Simbaz Motors has moved to a new sim - and one of the major changes are tracks.
Now there's only 2 tracks, but both are brand-new. So, me, Kay T., and our personal Stig, well, I'll call him The Racer (one of SL racers who volunteered for Compete With Me! for this occasion) headed there to give the main track - locates on the ground level - a try.
When I got there first time, the track simply astonished me, like it always happened with Simbaz tracks - always done very, very neatly. Surrounded by the blue ocean, small peaceful-looking islands with palms and tropical plants, the track like attempts to make you take a rest from racing and just enjoy some careless driving, with a breeze going through your hair, the engine sound along with the waves... oh, you just should try it yourself to know what I'm talking about!
Fresh air, gorgeous atmosphere - and since this is a race track, a hot competition also! There's a weekly time trial going on, so if you car is fast enough - bring it there and try to beat the best result! I've seen the board, and I have to say you need to ppush it to the limit to even get close to some of them! But probably you're that one who can be named "The fastest racer of Second Life"? You wouldn't know until you try!
However, this track will make you slide pretty hard, so, if you keep the steering level of your car high, you might want to reduce it a little. The track itself is wide enough to let you steer freely - of course if you're into drifting. So, try it out - tracks always differ, and you'll never know exactly which one suits you better.
Doesn't matter if you're a pro racer who is well-known by certain series, or you're just a casual one who races just to have fun and not chases the fame, or you're not into racing at all - the atmosphere of this track won't let you not to be affected by it at some extent. Especially today, when summer days (I'm sorry to say) are almost over, this track will bring you back to the most beautiful tropical place you've ever been, or if you weren't so lucky - it will fill you up with the most pleasant feelings. If you don't feel like racing - don't race. Just have a ride you will enjoy.
